Our story

Deerfield Services is a women owned property preservation business that strives to provide quality service to our clients and is determined to demonstrate excellence on the properties that we service. We combat blight in communities throughout the United States and we’ve created an ecosystem to support fellow veteran and minority owned businesses. Our execution is simple, ensure repairs and maintenance are completed in timely and quality driven manner.  Our origin dates back to 2014, when we set out to make a difference in the industry.  We decided to take the big leap and leave our cushy nine to fives working for a national preservation company to create our own.

As we were establishing a name in our industry, we encountered all sorts of barriers that we were ready to break down. Despite these hurdles and unfortunate assumptions, we worked around the clock with blood, sweat, tears and powered through to develop the reputation we knew we were worthy of.  We’re proud to say we’ve made a name for ourselves in our industry, a brand we can be proud of and watched the glass ceiling shatter all around us. We work on a range of different properties, including: private, government and investor-owned.

From a services perspective, we found early on in the business there was a gap in the market with quality. We knew we were the ones who could bridge it and create a difference in the neighborhoods by presenting homes worth stopping for. We treat our client’s properties as if they were our own, making the true difference on the ground.

From a field partner perspective, we have a clear understanding of what the "boots on the ground" crews go through- since we ourselves started there. We find this unique experience separates us from our competitors. We take pride in our competitive pricing and the commitment to our field partners to ensure our financial obligations are met in a timely manner.

From an employer perspective, we’re dedicated to creating a fun and collaborative environment for our staff and pride ourselves on hiring other minorities to join our team. Now, with both owners being working mothers, we are trying to pave the way for others in our position by offering work from home and flexible employment for our team- even before the pandemic required it! We know that our company is only as good as the people we have around us and the people we have on our Deerfield Services squad- so we strive to provide an enjoyable environment for our team.
